So small, in fact, that only 16 staffers will remain in-house.

Between 60 and 65 Criterion employees were reallocated to the Sweden-based Ghost Games to work on the upcoming Need for Speed: Rivals. It appears as if those staff will not be reallocated to Criterion, responsible for the Burnout series and Need for Speed: Most Wanted.
Ward later revealed that those employees will now form a new development house called Ghost UK.
