Nintendo claims another victory against R4 flashcart resellers

Nintendo recently claimed another victory against R4 flashcart resellers. Take that, pirates!

The Tokyo District Court recently ruled that two Japanese resellers of the piracy-enabling tool are required to pay Nintendo and 49 other publishers, ¥95,625,000, or around $900,000 AUD.

In 2009, Japanese courts passed legislation which made it illegal to sell piracy-laden R4 carts in the country.
