My favourite Pokemon that I've caught has got to be Mewtwo. I know it's old school but that bugger was so hard for to catch in Pokemon Red, so every time a new game comes where I can catch him, I relish the moment.
My personal favourite is Charizard! Nothing beats the classic. Even in its first form as Charmander, it is already pretty powerful and I love going through training process of evolving it from little cute lizard into frightening magnificent dragon!
seriously, no one has mentioned SQUIRTLE? despite the whole "hey baby, want to see my Squirtle? it has hydro cannon!" bad geeky come on lines…SQUIRTLE SQUAD. what's more adorable AND bad ass than a squad of SQUIRTLES IN SUNGLASSES!

I remember one of my favourites was Kabutops. I mean it is an extinct pokemon which you can only get by resurrecting Kabuto’s Fossil in the Laboratory and then evolve it into Kabutops. Nevertheless, it is totally worth it. I just love its two long sharped claws that slice and dice everything on its way!
My favourite Pokemon woukd have to be my Sigilyph. He's not the coolest Pokemon, nor the cutest, nor is he even the strongest, but there's something about him I just find endearing. I always tend to go for the weird, not often used Pokemon, and I think that's what drew me to Sigilyph. His name reads like gibberish, and no one can tell what he's really meant to be. People will always overlook him for Garchomp, Salamence and all those cool looking, powerful Pokemon. But I liked him because he was different from everybody else. He was unique, and made my team unique. I entered him in a tournament a year or two back, and people weren't sure what to make of it, they hadn't battled one before. I ended up getting really far in the tournament before getting eliminated, and I had people say to me "Wow, didn't think I'd see anyone using a Sigilyph!" And it felt good. It didn't matter that he was different, it didn't matter that no one else used him. What matters was I gave him a chance and was rewarded for it.
Zekrom is pretty freaking bad-ass. One of my favorite Pokemon from Gen V.

My favorite Pokemon would have to be Pikachu. Classic, cute and electrifying!
My favorite pokemon is Raichu. I remember watching the anime episode in which Ash's pikachu faces off against Surge's Raichu, and I really loved how good of a sport Raichu was when it lost to its own pre-evolution. Every time a new episode aired I would hope that Ash would make pikachu evolve, and it took me a few seasons to accept that it wasn't going to happen.
I have has several Raichus in the pokemon games, starting with one evolved from a pikachu caught in Viridian forest back in Red version. It was the lead pokemon in my party, and I used tha one up through silver.
In Ruby version, a friend traded me a pikachu which I leveled up and evolved into my second Raichu. I bred this Raichu to get a pichu (which I evolved up) named "Bud," and used Bud in each game I played up through Soul Silver. When Black and White 1 came out, I learned about EV training and Bud fathered a new Raichu, which I EV trained in Special Attack and Speed.
Disaster struck a few months ago. My pokemon Black version was stolen (or so I thought!). Every pokemon I had caught and raised since Ruby was gone, including my precious Bud and his children. I was distraught, and had to stop playing pokemon for a little while. I bought a copy of White and decided to start anew, which was enjoyable but still not the same as playing with pokemon I'd been using for eight years.
Fortunately, I found my Black version at a friend's house a week ago! Apparently he had mistaken it for my copy and taken it home with him, but was too busy with school for a while to plug the game in and discover who's it really was. In the end though, I have all my old pokemon back including Bud the Raichu, and a new team of pokemon on white I've come to appreciate as well!
My favourite Pokemon is Mew! I’ve always loved Mew, ever since I was younger and got my first gameboy! I can still remember all the rumors regarding how to catch/see Mew in the games, and how bollocks some of them were! Needless to say, the day I finally got my Mew I was over the moon and I trained it to level 100
My favorite Pokemon is meowth (team rocket one) (meeeeeeeowth that's right!)..I mean, He's the only damn pokemon that can actually talk! A close second is jigglypuff I love their songs..Jigglyyyy puffffffff.
Love Snorlax because he reminds me of me.

Pichu, what can I say, I must be genetically programmed to like baby pokemons plus I love the static ability, I'm hoping to develop it myself one day.
