Last night, EA Australia confirmed SimCity‘s release date — 7 March 2013 in Australia and 8 March in New Zealand.

Says EA, “SimCity is the ultimate city building simulation game, offering both veteran fans and new players a fun, dynamic experience, underpinned by GlassBox, the most complex simulation engine in its class.”

SimCity will be available in March on PC and Mac.
