It’s time to get your wizard on with Harry Potter for Kinect, available today.
Says WB, “the game allows players to join Harry Potter, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger on an extraordinary and magical adventure through Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and beyond.”
As you can see from the video, the game will also scan your face so you can play as yourself alongside Harry Potter characters.
Harry Potter for Kinect is based on the entire Harry Potter film series and allows you to “cast spells at opponents, repel Dementors, battle Death Eaters, duck to avoid the wild branches of the Whomping Willow, swim alongside Grindylows in the lake, and dodge dangerous Bludgers during a Quidditch match,” confirmed WB. You’ll also be able to ” relive some of the movies’ most memorable moments, from being Sorted at Hogwarts to confronting He Who Must Not Be Named in a climactic final battle,” as your own wizard character.
Personally, I can’t wait to see what Kinect does when it scans in my face.
