Well, get ready for some promised scares in February folks; EA has just confirmed the release date of Dead Space 3 from Visceral Games at their Gamescom press conference.

Additionally, it was announced today “that fans who pre-order the Dead Space 3 Limited Edition at participating retailers will have the advantage of using two bonus suits and weapons, right when they start the game.” We’re at work digging up more information on those suits.

Australians can look forward to the game on 8 February 2013, a couple days after the USA release on 5 February. The game will be available on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.
